Volunteers contributed more than 46,000 hours in 2008, equivalent to 23 full-time positions. At Missouri’s minimum wage, those combined hours were worth more than $307,000!

Homeless shelter, individuals and families. The Salvation Army Social Services Office offers a wide range of services to the needy people of Boone County. Services include, rent and utility assistance, a food pantry, clothing vouchers, prescription assistance, transportation assistance and assistance with various other items as funds allow.
