“Come Back to Me”

On Sunday we’ll take a short departure from the story of Jonah to reflect on the gracious heart of our Heavenly Father who calls out to every prodigal, “Come back to me!”

The timeless story of the prodigal son is an ideal place to turn when asking how our Heavenly Father responds towards to those who have drifted away from home. The manner in which the father welcomes his son home is breathtaking. Quite frankly, it’s scandalous and reckless! But such is the undeserved grace of God.

Before Sunday, I hope you’ll take a few minutes to revisit the story from Luke 15:11-24. As you read, listen for the voice of your Heavenly Father. Is He calling you to return to Him?
