“Right Hand Man”

This Sunday we will pick back up our Apostles’ Creed series as we look at the statement “He ascended into Heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father.”  I am so excited to share with you the reassurance and the reality of what that means for those who call Jesus Christ their Lord.

I want to remind us why this series and this message is so important.  More than just this series, really, but sound doctrine is important because our faith is based on a very specific Truth.  Sound doctrine is important because what we believe impacts what we do.  Sound doctrine helps us find our way in a world that would rather see us lost.  Sound doctrine is important because it encourages believers.  So when we begin the Apostles’ Creed with the statement, “I believe…,” we are declaring what it is that impacts the way we act, and the truth in the midst of uncertainty.

I pray you can join us this Sunday as we continue to dig into what we believe about Jesus being at the right hand of the Father and what that means for us.  I also want to take this opportunity to remind you that this Sunday is Mission Offering Sunday.   As we prepare to do that, please prayerfully ask God what He would lead you to give for the missionaries that Faith Family continues to support.  Also be in prayer for all the missionaries who we continue to serve and support in this way.

I look forward to seeing you on Sunday!

Blessings,

Pastor Brandon
