The Gift of Recognition

In Week 1 of our series Pastor Jamie unwrapped the Gift of Reliance. Last week, Clayton took a look at the Gift of Reverence. This week as we finish up our “Christmas: It’s Not Your Birthday” series, I want to spend some time examining the Gift of Recognition. We will look at a familiar story from Luke 10:38-42, the story of Martha and Mary. Sunday I want to discuss some practical truths that we can take away from this story and give you some basic applications that you and your family can put to work during this Christmas season to help you restore some heavenly peace in your life.
