Senior Pastor, Teaching Elder
Pastor Jamie Page has served as the lead pastor of Faith Family Church for the past 35 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance as well as a Master of Biblical Studies and a Master of Divinity. His love for music and ministry has shaped both his vocation and his passion for teaching God’s Word.
He has been married to his wife Sarah for over 40 years, and together they have two children, Angela and Andrew (both married to wonderful spouses), and a grandson, Arthur. Outside of ministry, he enjoys songwriting, golfing, biking, and spending time with his family.

Lecil Frink
Ruling Elder
Lecil graduated from Fayette High School and farmed until 1997 before retiring to focus on ministry. He has served in various church leadership roles, including the pastor of Faith Family Church in the mid-1980s, filling in as an interim pastor in Florida post-retirement, and has answered numerous other calls in God's work with the church. At Faith Family Church, he currently serves as Elder over Deacons.
Lecil was married to his late wife, Fran, for over 62 years. They had two children, from whom have come three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He enjoys playing golf, fellowshipping with the men of Faith Family Church, and ministering to the people of Fayette.

Allen Garrett
Ruling Elder
A mid-Missouri native, Allen has lived in Fayette since 1976 and is a graduate of Fayette High School. After attending college, he spent over 30 years working in the insurance industry. He has attended Faith Family Church since its founding and currently serves as elder over giving and administration.
Allen was married to his first wife, Cindy, for 40 years until her passing in 2020, and he married his wife, Patty Jo, in 2021. He enjoys spending time with his family, which includes three daughters, two sons-in-law, nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. In his free time, Allen enjoys farming, fishing, golfing, traveling, and ministering to others with his wife through sharing the blessings that God has given them.

Matt Volkmann
Ruling Elder
Matt was born and raised in east central Missouri to a family with a long history of following Jesus. After graduating high school, he briefly attended MidAmerica Nazarene College, where he met his wife, Paula. After marrying, they moved to Columbia, MO where he completed a Bachelor's degree in Forestry at the University of Missouri-Columbia, later relocating to Howard county to raise their family.
Currently, Matt works as a research farm manager for USDA in conjunction with the University of Missouri-Columbia and operates his own farm in rural Howard county. At Faith Family Church, he oversees the Man-2-Man ministry as well as areas of finance.
Outside of work and ministry, Matt loves spending time outdoors, especially with his wife and family of three sons, one daughter, their spouses, and four (almost five!) grandkids.

Bill Parker

Bill was born and raised in northeastern North Carolina on a small family farm where he was blessed to be raised by a wonderful Christian family and church. He met his future wife, Nancy, in college while attending NC State University.
Their careers brought them to Boonville where they raised their two children, and God ultimately led them to Faith Family Church in 2019. So far, they have been blessed with five grandchildren!

Tim Rost
Deacon, Chairman
Tim is a longtime resident and business owner from Columbia who, along with his wife Toby, owns and operates Rost Landscaping, as well as regional attractions like Midway Golf & Games. Originally from Chamois, MO, he has attended Faith Family Church since 2017 and serves as a deacon and chairman of the deacon team. Tim is also involved in the missions team, as well as children’s and men’s ministries.
Tim and Toby have two children, their spouses, and one grandson. He enjoys hunting trips, fellowshipping with the men’s ministry, and organizing regional men’s ministry events.

Chris Duren
Deacon
Born and raised in Fayette, MO, Chris is a graduate of Fayette High School and attended Central Missouri State University and Linn Technical College. He has worked as a heavy equipment operator, in coal mining, and in farming. Chris has attended Faith Family Church since 2002 and serves as deacon over the parking lot, Summit building, and usher team.
Chris and his wife, Bonnie, have three children and their spouses, nine grandchildren, four foster grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family and taking the occasional trip to recharge and make new memories.

Greg Stidham
Deacon
A long-time Fayette resident, Greg graduated from Fayette High School before earning his MBA from Central Missouri State Univeristy, after which he spent 45 years working in the insurance adjustment business. Greg and his wife Shirley have attended Faith Family Church since 1999, where he serves as a deacon and Church Treasurer.
John Huster
Deacon
John Huster and his wife Cheri have lived in Fayette for 24 years. Originally from St. James, MO, he attended Missouri State University and is the owner of a prosthetic manufacturing facility in Fulton. He has attended Faith Family Church for 20 years, serving in children’s and youth ministries, and currently serves as deacon over many portions of facilities at Faith Family Church.
John and his wife have one son, two daughters, and a son-in-law. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, taking care of his in-ground pool, and volunteering at school.

Ron McCord
Deacon
Originally from Vacaville, CA, Ron moved to Missouri in 1979. He attended college and went on to serve as a firefighter in Columbia, MO for over 22 years, retiring as a division chief.
Ron and his wife Mary have attended Faith Family Church for several years and serves as Deacon over facilities, safety, and baptism preparation. He also organizes the annual church work day, volunteers in children's ministries, helps with Families of Faith dinners, and leads a Wednesday night small group, in addition to past involvement in prison and youth ministries.
Ron and Mary have two children and six grandchildren. He enjoys hunting, raising retriever dogs, camping, and traveling.

Bruce Crutcher

Bruce grew up near Moberly, MO and graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. After graduation, he enjoyed a 40-year career in the animal health and nutrition industry, involved with a variety of roles encompassing sales, marketing, and management.
After retiring in 2020, he and his wife, Alicia, moved to Fayette and began attending Faith Family Church, where he soon joined the deacon board, helping oversee. They have two children who live in various parts of the Midwest.

Paul Karsten
Deacon
Originally from outside of Jefferson City, MO, Paul Karsten has been attending Faith Family Church since 2019, becoming a member shortly before marrying his wife, Grace in 2020.
After graduating from State Technical College of Missouri, Paul embarked on a career as a lineman for various electric cooperatives throughout central Missouri, currently working with the Boone County Electric Cooperative.
Aside from serving the church as deacon over the safety and security team, along with volunteering with the children's ministries, Paul loves spending time outdoors with his family, including his wife, daughter, and another child on the way.

Becky Gordon
Office Administrator
Becky and her husband Tiger moved to Fayette from Iowa in 1993—arriving just in time to experience the Flood of ’93. Prior to that, she earned a bachelor’s degree in office administration and education and has since worked in public school teaching and administrative roles in higher education.
Becky has been part of the Faith Family Church staff since 2003, serving as Office Administrator and has also been involved in children’s ministry and adult discipleship classes.
When not serving at Faith Family, Becky and Tiger enjoy traveling to visit family, spending time at the Great Lakes, and visiting the coast of Maine.

Brandon Friebe
Director of Summit Student Ministryies
Brandon and his wife, Stephanie, live on a small farm nestled outside of Fayette, where they are raising their two children, Kaleb and Kayleigh.
Brandon works as a teacher and is the head boys’ basketball coach at Fayette High School, where he mentors young athletes both on and off the court. Together, he and Stephanie lead Summit Student Ministries, which has been a vibrant outreach of Faith Family Church for many years.
When he’s not in the classroom, on the court, or in the field, Brandon expresses his heart through music. A passionate singer, songwriter, and worship leader since his college years, he uses his musical gifts to point others toward Christ and create moments of worship that are both personal and powerful.
Whether in the gym, the church, the outdoors, or around the dinner table with his family, Brandon’s life reflects a steady commitment to faith, leadership, and intentional living.

Dianna Heckman
Director of Children's Ministries
Originally from Raytown, MO, Dianna now lives in Boonville. She graduated from Dixon High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Central Methodist University. She has taught at Blackwater Elementary and has attended Faith Family Church since 2011, serving as the Children's Ministries Director since 2015.
Dianna has five children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys hiking, tending her organic garden, and traveling to Washington state to visit her family.

Director of Kids Hope USA
Sarah and her husband Jamie have been married and lived in the Fayette area for over 40 years. Originally from Longmont, CO, she earned her teaching degree from Central Methodist College and spent 28 years as a teacher. She now works with students in after-school programs and serves as Director of Kids Hope USA at Faith Family Church, where she also helps coordinate the SALT Women’s Ministry.
Sarah and Jamie have two children, their spouses, and one grandson. She enjoys bike riding, reading, visiting family out west, and spending time with her grandson throughout the week.

Luke & Brooke Knoble
Co-Directors of the CMU Navigators
Luke grew up in the state of California and Brooke grew up in Jefferson City, MO. They both attended college at Central Methodist University where they met at a Navigators worship night. After graduation, they were met with the opportunity to step into leadership of the ministry that God had used so greatly in their personal relationships with Him.
Luke and Brooke got married in 2020, have one beautiful daughter and another child on the way, and love working towards the mission “to know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same.”

Derek Volkmann
Director of Creative Ministries
Howard County born-and-raised, Derek grew up attending Faith Family Church, later enrolling at Central Methodist University to study music education. After graduating, he attained his Master's degree in Jazz Studies at Middle Tennessee State University and furthered his career, living in Nashville, TN as a musician and educator and later entering into music publishing in Milwaukee, WI before settling back to central Missouri. He has been married to his wife Kaitlynn since 2022, and they have two daughters, Evelyn and Lorraine.
Gretchen Umstaddt
Children's Ministry Assistant
Gretchen was raised in a large family near Higbee, MO, where she was homeschooled, graduating high school in 2024. She and her family joined the Faith Family in 2024, and soon after, she started working in the children's ministries.
Outside of church, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending and helping with the CMU Navigators, and baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes. But above all, Gretchen has a love for Christ that she is eager to share with others.
