“The Benefits of God's Word”
Psalm 19:7-11
This Sunday will begin a new Sermon Series titled “Summer in the Psalms”. The Psalms are like no other book in the Bible. They are a collection of songs and poems written by multiple authors and express everything from praise, joy, and worship to sadness and sorrow.
This week’s message comes from Psalm 19:7-11 where we will learn some of the characteristics and benefits of God’s word. In these verses, God’s word is said to be perfect, trustworthy, right, true, and a great reward for those who obey it. Reading, understanding, and obeying God’s word can result in many benefits.
