Friday Focus - July 18, 2025
“The Road Ahead”
This Sunday, I’ll be launching a new Sunday morning series titled The Road Ahead.
This series explores the lifelong journey of discipleship with the Lord Jesus. From moments of uncertainty to seasons of growth, every believer walks a path shaped by God’s direction, provision, and purpose. The Road Ahead invites us to trust the One who leads us—even when the way is unfamiliar—and reminds us that spiritual growth doesn’t happen all at once; it happens along the way.
Rooted in our church’s byline, Where the Journey Matters, these messages will encourage us to walk faithfully, grow deeply, and follow Jesus wholeheartedly—wherever the road leads.
To prepare your heart for Sunday, I encourage you to read Exodus 13:17–22, where we’ll explore three truths about the road ahead:
• God chooses our road.
• God develops faith on our road.
• God leads us on our road.
